This week the Canton Fair is taking part again in Guangzhou and once more The ODM Group has taken part in this event where buyers and suppliers interact. The Canton Fair is divided in 3 major phases:

The one that is taking part this week, have many products related to the following topics:

Canton Fair 2013 - 113th China Import and Export Fair

The phase 1 has to do with high-end technological products like electrical household appliances and machinery for building and various other technological accessories like speakers, mouses and keyboards. We can see below an example of a great accessory for mobile phones which is not very expensive:

This is a really practical product and very unusual to see in these days. Basically, we can hold our phone in our finger by using the ring, and it also can be used to use it as a holder on desks. Again, this product is simple to produce in large quantities and can be used as a giveaway to offer our customers.

How to get to the Canton Fair in Guangzhou from Zhuhai?

There are 2 options we could use in order to get to Guangzhou and head to the Canton Fair. The first one is to get a bus which roughly takes over 2 hours and the second one is to take the train to 广州南站, which is the train station located in the south of Guangzhou and takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.

In Zhuhai, we could get the train from the station 珠海站.

Once we arrive the station we could get the metro easily. Take Metro Line 2 (in the direction of Jiahe Wanggang Station) to Changgang Station, change to Line 8 (in the direction of Wansheng Wei Station) , and exit at Xingang Dong Station (for AreaArea A) or Pazhou Station (for Area B or C). The metro to the Canton Fair complex usually takes about 40 minutes and is very easy to catch and very cheap.

The most important thing to do once we are in the complex is to get a map and highlight the booths and areas we are interested in visiting as this would help us save a lot of time as the complex is huge.
