As seen in the word cloud the big focus was on Electronics and technology, with “VR” being particularly focused on. This can be due to the huge up rise in virtual reality accessability and uses, with companies such as facebook pushing its development.  There were some other interesting mentions of both companies “BMW” and and “huawei” as well. These word clouds are great at understanding what it is that attendees are talking about and what they find to be most interesting from this event.

Alongside this event tracking, we also found out who the 25 most active people on twitter were. This type of event provides a good opportunity to increase your brand awareness through the use of social media. The top 25 are listed below.

This event has been one of the most interesting to follow and not because it’s local. ODM offer a great range of products similar to those offered at CES Asia. With one of the main focus words being VR, it is clear to see the popularity and potential in virtual reality. While virtual reality is a new thing, this can mean it is still only available to those that can afford the premium product.

ODM are offering an alternative to this innovative technology with carboard VR goggles, acting as the perfect substitute to these high priced products. With the carboard VR goggles they are easy to produce, cheap to produce and best of all very easy to brand. They also attract a huge range of customers who want to try out this product but don’t want to pay the premium price for them.

The ODM Group is always following new market trends by tracking events and conferences. For more of our case studies on previous conferences see the list below.
