OVERVIEW

ODM Group is a Promotional Products Marketing Agency founded in 2003 that provides end-to-end solutions from concept to production for global clients. With operations across Asia and our in-house design agency, Mindsparkz, we support product development, ideation, and marketing with a strong creative team.

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Executive who can write SEO content, manage social content, and create short-form videos for ODM marketing. This role focuses on execution, working closely with the Marketing and Design teams to drive website traffic, enhance brand visibility, and support sales materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SEO & Website Content

  • Write and edit SEO-friendly B2B content (blogs, product pages, basic landing pages).
  • Follow content briefs, keyword lists, and brand guidelines.
  • Upload and update content on WordPress.
  • Optimize content using Yoast SEO or Rank Math (keywords, meta title, meta description, readability).
  • Improve formatting, images, headings, internal links, and overall readability.

2. Social Media Content

  • Create and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram based on the content plan.
  • Adapt content formats and trends creatively while maintaining professionalism and suitability for B2B audiences.
  • Repurpose website, product, and campaign content into social-friendly formats.

3. Visual & Short-form Video Content

  • Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for product and marketing content.
  • Repurpose website and product content into short videos.
  • Use Canva, CapCut, and basic AI tools to edit videos and visuals.
  • Create visual content for social posts and SEO articles.
  • Ensure visuals and videos are clear, high quality, and consistent with the brand.

4. Reporting & Improvement

  • Track basic content performance (engagement, reach, traffic, video views).
  • Apply feedback and performance insights to improve future content.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing (B2B / industrial is a plus).
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
  • Basic understanding of SEO content optimization.
  • Ability to create short videos and visuals using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Careful, reliable, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel in work management.
  • Willing to learn and take feedback.
