Quality Control

Understanding Quality Control

Quality Control (QC) is a procedure to ensure that a product during mass production adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer. It also forms the basis of an efficient business that minimizes waste and operates at high levels of productivity.

We make sure that the products delivered to our client uphold the quality requirements of International Standards Organization (ISO) and their requirements precisely.

We ensure that the measurements and quality, like the color and material, are consistent for all products. More importantly, this helps our clients be more assured that the accuracy and quality of the end product is not compromised.

Why is QC necessary for manufacturing?

We recommend our clients to opt in for QC because it allows them to be in touch with the manufacturing process without being physically present at the production site.

Manufacturing in China and Vietnam is becoming more appealing to businesses, considering the low cost and production capacity. Therefore, with many of our clients not being able to be physically present at the production site, we represent a bridge between clients and factories.

Have you ever ordered something online, and get anxious waiting for the product to arrive – to only realize that the product is misrepresented?

We understand that clients would prefer to have a peace of mind that their products are handled properly and professionally.

This also helps us be more accountable for the quality of the product when we deploy quality checks to audit the manufactured products. QC objectively protects our clients from defected products and disappointment.
