ODM Group is a Promotional Products Marketing Agency founded in 2003, providing end-to-end solutions from concept to production for global clients. With operations across Asia and our design agency Mindsparkz, we support product development, ideation, and marketing with a strong in-house creative team.
We are now hiring a dynamic Head of Partnerships to lead our partnership strategy, driving business growth, expanding our global network, and strengthening our brand presence worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Partnership Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the client base and revenue streams.
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Actively drive sales through partnership channels and co-branded initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic collaborations to support business growth.
2/ Client & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and partnership clients.
- Conduct client needs analysis and propose tailored promotional or procurement solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and profitability.
3/ Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with sales and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Client Experience & Product Realisation, Marketing, Design) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements from concept to delivery.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
4/ Market Intelligence & Growth
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for product, pricing, and partnership improvements.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
5/ Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Partnerships or Sales Development team to achieve targets.
- Promote collaboration between teams to optimize client service and delivery quality.
- Set clear KPIs and track performance to ensure business objectives are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development, at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent English communication (Relevant to IELTS 6.5).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in international environments or promotional product industry is a plus.
