ODM Group is a Promotional Products Marketing Agency founded in 2003, providing end-to-end solutions from concept to production for global clients. With operations across Asia and our in-house design agency, Mindsparkz, we support product development, ideation, and marketing with a strong creative team.
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you will support both the Sales and Marketing teams by assisting with data research, information organization, and day-to-day performance marketing tasks. Your work will focus on maintaining data accuracy and supporting the team with the insights needed to drive business growth.
This is a hands-on junior position ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in data-driven B2B marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & List Building
- Support the research and development of targeted B2B lead lists.
- Assist in gathering and organizing company and contact information to maintain a clean and effective database.
- Use platforms like Apollo to support lead research and outreach preparation (training provided).
- Ensure all lead data is accurate, well-structured, and ready for the sales team to action.
2. SEO Content & On-Page
- Produce professional B2B content in English.
- Perform fundamental on-page SEO tasks, including optimizing titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and image alt text.
- Refine and update existing content based on performance data and supervisor feedback.
- Adhere to established content plans and SEO guidelines to support organic growth.Â
3. Reporting & Process
- Support weekly reporting by collecting and organizing basic marketing metrics into standard report templates
- Assist with channel monitoring by checking performance and activity, and promptly reporting unusual results or urgent issues to the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in B2B Marketing.Â
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel in work management.Â
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Detail-oriented with basic analytical thinking
- Good time-management and task-management skills
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio)
