The Role
This is a player-coach role.
You are responsible for:
- Driving total team revenue
- Leading and developing Senior Account Executives
- Personally owning key deals
You are accountable for performance—not just activity.
English Requirement (Mandatory)
This role requires strong professional English (spoken and written).
You will:
- Lead client calls
- Handle complex discussions
- Support negotiations and problem-solving
- Communicate clearly across teams and markets
You must be able to:
- Lead client conversations confidently
- Write structured, professional communication
- Handle back-and-forth discussions without hesitation
This role is not suitable if:
- You are not confident leading discussions in English
- You rely on others to support communication
- You cannot clearly explain decisions or strategy
👉 As a guideline: if you cannot confidently lead a client call in English, this role is not the right fit.

Revenue Ownership
- Own overall team revenue

Hands-On Selling
- Manage key accounts
