We manage projects from concept through to production and delivery. Our clients are based globally, and all communication is conducted in English.

This is a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where performance, responsiveness, and ownership matter.

The Role

This is a player-coach role.

You are responsible for:

  • Driving total team revenue
  • Leading and developing Senior Account Executives
  • Personally owning key deals

You are accountable for performance—not just activity.

English Requirement (Mandatory)

This role requires strong professional English (spoken and written).

You will:

  • Lead client calls
  • Handle complex discussions
  • Support negotiations and problem-solving
  • Communicate clearly across teams and markets

You must be able to:

  • Lead client conversations confidently
  • Write structured, professional communication
  • Handle back-and-forth discussions without hesitation

This role is not suitable if:

  • You are not confident leading discussions in English
  • You rely on others to support communication
  • You cannot clearly explain decisions or strategy

👉 As a guideline: if you cannot confidently lead a client call in English, this role is not the right fit.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

  • Own overall team revenue
  • Step into key deals to drive conversion and margin

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop Senior Account Executives
  • Improve team communication and output

Pipeline & Performance

  • Ensure strong pipeline coverage
  • Track conversion and deal quality

Commercial Decision-Making

  • Guide pricing and prioritisation
  • Focus on high-value opportunities

Hands-On Selling

  • Manage key accounts
  • Lead important client engagements

First 60 Days – Hit the Ground Running

  • Sales leadership in agency or B2B environment
  • Experience managing teams and revenue
  • Strong commercial mindset

  • Comfortable leading AND selling
