ODM works with international brands, creative agencies, and global marketing teams to develop and produce promotional products and packaging.

We manage projects from concept through to production and delivery. Our clients include global brands across beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, and corporate sectors. All communication is conducted in English.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing environment where projects move quickly and expectations are high.


The Role

This role is designed for high-performing Senior Account Executives who want to progress into a Team Lead position.

You will start by owning client accounts and revenue independently. Leadership responsibility is earned based on performance during your first 2-6 months.

This is a client-facing, fast-paced role where clear communication and ownership are critical.


English Requirement (Mandatory)

This role requires high-level spoken and written English.

You will communicate daily with international clients and global teams. All emails, calls, and project discussions are conducted in English.

You must be able to:

  • Write clear, professional emails without assistance
  • Speak confidently on client calls
  • Explain timelines, issues, and solutions clearly
  • Handle real-time discussions and questions

This role is not suitable if:

  • You are not confident speaking English in meetings
  • You rely on translation tools for written communication
  • You struggle to explain ideas clearly in English

👉 As a guideline: if you are not comfortable leading a client call in English, this role is not the right fit.


Phase 1: Senior Account Executive (First 2-6 Months)

You will:

  • Manage client enquiries from brief to delivery
  • Handle multiple projects across quoting, sampling, and production
  • Communicate with clients, design, and production teams (in English)
  • Drive timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts

Phase 2: Team Lead (Performance-Based Progression)

Based on performance, you will:

  • Lead 1–2 Account Executives
  • Support and guide junior team members
  • Improve team output and communication standards
  • Contribute to team revenue performance

  • Clear and confident communication in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fast response time and organisation
  • Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, opportunities)

Ideal Background

  • Agency, marketing, or advertising experience
  • B2B client-facing roles
  • Experience managing multiple projects

You are:

  • Comfortable working at pace
  • Commercially aware
  • Looking to step into leadership—but willing to earn it

This Role Is Not Suitable If

  • You expect a management title from day one
  • You prefer slow, highly structured environments
  • You are not comfortable owning client outcomes
  • Your English communication is not at a professional working level
