Canadian specialty frozen food store M&M Meat Shop recently finished a promotion.  They were offering a free double decker promotional food bowl with every purchase over CAD$25.

The promotional mechanism used is a redemption campaign. In addition to spending over the stipulated amount, customers customers are required to present a coupon during purchase to redeem the bowl.

The bowl is microwavable allowing for frozen meats to be cooked or ready made meals to be reheated with ease, providing a higher perceived value for the bowl. Customers are thus encouraged to purchase their meat from M&M over other competitors.
