When travelling back to Europe and passing through Moscow airport, I noticed a very original promotional campaign idea. In one of the airport’s duty free stores, Chivas, the famous whiskey brand, had installed a Chivas branded bar for tasting its products for free.
The bar was in the center of the store and made a great advertising display. There was a central bar, surrounded by leather seating, for people to relax and have a drink in comfort. I believe this promotion has many advantages over regular promotional gifts. Indeed, being so original and visible it makes an unforgettable advertising mechanism.
