Downy from Procter & Gamble, is currently running a promotional campaign centered on the gift of giving. Their partnership with Quilt for Kids along with Downy’s Touch of Comfort Program have provided over 20,000 comforting quilts to Children Miracle Network Hospitals!
Simply purchase any Downy’s washing detergent that indicate’s “Touch of Comfort”, and these funds will be used to facilitate the creation of quilts. Through the volunteer quilters, they would then transform patchworks into beautiful quilts for these children in need.
This a strong social responsibility program carried out by Procter & Gamble and provides us an excellent example of giving away promotional products for the greater good as a gift with purchase.
