Ferrero, a worldwide successful company in the sweets industry, started a promo campaign for the EURO 2012 in Germany.

All you have to do is to collect special points, given on each of 17 specific ferrero products for example Hanuta, Duplo, Kinder Bueno or Kidner Pingui. The number of points are depended on the product. Nearly every food stores in Germany are selling ferrero products so it was not hard to buy one to get the points.

Collect a minimum of 45 points for a cap and a maximum of 150 points for a digital camera. The German Fan Shirt for 100 points was very popular and a lot of people saved their points for this promo gift.

This is a really good marketing campaign because they had a wide range of products so a lot of people could find something suitable they want to save for.
