Intellectual Property Consultation Service for Free.
On a regular basis the Hong Kong Design Centre HKDC (in conjunction with the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), offers a free Intellectual Property consultation service for local designers or design firms and SMEs. The consultation sessions will be held at InnoCentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong.
This service helps local designers or design firms and SMEs to legally protect original designs and copyrights of new products, computer software, company logos and brand names from counterfeiting. Free advice on dealing with intellectual property infringement and an IP lawyer-referral service are offered. A consultant of FHKI will be present to answer questions on Intellectual Property from clients.
