Apparel brand Timberland is currently conducting a Gift With Purchase campaign (GWP) in Hong Kong – get a free umbrella with purchases of over HKD$1,800 in a single receipt.
What makes this umbrella unique is that it is made entirely out of recycled materials. It gives customers a good feeling taking a gift which leaves little carbon footprint, while still being able to enjoy all the utility its offers.
Timberland’s new clothing line emphasizes its low carbon footprint. By giving out this gift, the company is able to further promote its reputation as environmentally friendly, improving brand positioning.
