We saw this promo at Whole Foods Market in New York City.    Pons Olive Oil stands out from all the competition by having a Bottle Necker on-pack promotion.  They are offering a small pourer so that when the Olive oil is on the table it can be served in a more fashionable and drip free way.

What type of On Pack Promo to use

Similar promotion would work well for Spirits companies.  Similar promo for airing (decanting) wine might also work.
