We are very proud to announce that the 3rd Annual Come Together Charity Music Festival will be held this year on Saturday 13th September. Both Mindsparkz and ODM Asia are involved in organising CT and we are currently looking for corporate sponsors to help us change underprivileged children’s lives.
CT is an all-day music event based in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China and has been set up to assist local charities in fundraising for education and wellbeing the underprivileged.
CT Community are organizing this event along with our two chosen charities:
– Zhuhai Autism Society
– Charity Promotion Association of Zhuhai (CPAZ)
For more information on the charities and how the money will be used see the attached press release, we can also provide their government licences upon request.
Last year we were able to make over 80,000 RMB, and this year we are expecting a larger attendance in a new, incredible location. We’ve had over 10,000 views in the first week of marketing already on social media.
We’re expecting over 1,200 people to attend the event along with many VIPs, we will also have media coverage on radio, television and in the press – you can see the Macau Daily Times article here.
This makes CT 2014 a perfect option to put into your annual CSR budget, and we have proposed the below packages for our corporate sponsorship:

– Platinum Sponsor, RMB 20,000+ ($3340)(only 5 available!)
– Gold Sponsor, RMB 10,000 ($1670)
– Silver Sponsor, RMB 5,000 ($835)
Each sponsorship level comes with different benefits; please contact us for the Press Release and details on what you can expect for your sponsorship. All levels will get their logo on the banners, a mention in the publication on the day and time on the rolling video on the projector. There will also be tables at the entrance of the venue for sponsors to put marketing material.

If you are not able to sponsor the event this year but would still like to make a donation we are still extremely grateful for this. All donations will receive a certificate from the founders of CTC indicating the amount donated and will receive post-event email container this year’s financial analysis and post-event press release.

One of Come Together’s core ethos is Transparency – 100% of financials are open book and after the event an itemised cost and revenue analysis will be sent to you with 100% of the profits going to charity.
