Toluene Dilutent is your solution in removing such prints, be it on a plastic, glass, metal surface, nylon or fabrics – any smooth surface will do. Toluene is basically a common solvent used to remove inky stains such as paints, various chemical reactants, rubber, glue, lacquers, leather tanner and disinfectants. Whereas diluent or normally known as thinner, it also works as a removing agent.

When both toluene and diluent are mixed together, this chemical will help in removing silk screen paint on any smooth surface. As a result, any defects will be removed. Rest assured that the chemical will not corrode the surface of your item. It just acts as an ink removal method whereby you dip a cloth into toluene diluent and start wiping the print with it.

It is very difficult. Sometimes, it is impossible without degrading the fabric. However, it is possible to make the logo fader with repeated washings.

How to remove silk screen printing on plastic?

Coat the surface that you want to remove with a water-displacing spray. Leave in place for a while and then wipe it off. Then, repeat the same process with an adhesive remover product. Finally, use some dishwashing product and rub with a wet sponge. Let it dry
