MSP Design Group joins forces with Promotional Considerations in May

MSP Design Group is a leading promotional products company originating from Virginia. In May 2020, they have decided to formally acquire Promotional Considerations – which would strategically rank them in the top 100 distributors in the industry.
While they have issued several press releases upon the acquisition, the financial agreements made with this deal are not disclosed as public information.

Founded in 1986, Promotional Considerations displays great value to the MSP Design Group and years of experience for the brand to leverage on.
Jeff Mark, former CEO of Promotional Considerations have expressed his excitement for this acquisition and the Promotional Considerations Office will remain in Richmond where Mark will be serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development.
