  • It then delivers these stacked, cut and scored sheets of now corrugated cardboard to various converting machines
  • The sheets would be sent to a Flexo which produces the Jack Daniels brand packaging design. A Flexo is a wide machine that processes box blanks.
  • After this, printing and cutting patterns takes place. This is prepared on large and flexible sheets of rubber or tin.
  • The box blanks are ready to be processed through after Dyes and patterns are loaded in the flex.
  • As each blank passes through the rollers of the flex, it is further trimmed, printed, cut, scored, folded and glued to form a box.
